Although qualified as a physicist, Chris moved on to become a Senior Vice President for a number of major American and European Software companies before running his own business (Clientfocus) for the past 20 years. Clientfocus is a sales and training company founded on the premise that “selling is just a conversation” helping sales staff adapt their sales approach and behaviour. His expertise in behaviour training led him to becoming a co-founder in GAIA.
