Ray has been involved in education for the public sector for the past 35 years, most recently in strategic management roles within Lincolnshire County Council. He has both practical and academic interest in organisational change. A regular conference speaker, Ray has recently spoken on, “Impact of Policy on the Social and Moral Fabric of Organisations” and “Globalisation and its Effect on Local Authority Adult Education”.
