The GAIA Energy efficiency programme

For some organisations, getting started is the toughest part of implementing an energy saving plan. Having enough time to conduct the review, create a plan, inform, educate and motivate colleagues on how to succeed can take quite a burst of time and effort; something that few of us have.

To address this, we provide a structured programme called the 'GAIA Methodology', a proven process to save energy.

Initially our programme provides an on-site Kick Off meeting where we:

  • Review your current energy data outlining key areas to focus.
  • Compare data against current working patterns.
  • Conduct and energy audit and site walk around.
  • Identify communication channels appropriate for your business culture.
  • Agree a structured energy saving plan with you.

After the initial Kick Off meeting we follow the structured programme, by Weblink if you prefer, for a further 3 months. Thereafter through monthly coaching sessions we continually support customers adapting to your individual needs and energy saving goals.

The GAIA system is available to all users and will act as your eyes and ears, alerting you directly should energy consumption start to creep back up. It's like having your own energy expert on hand to guide you to areas for closer attention.

The GAIA Coaching programme for Energy champions

For those with a structured training programme in place, GAIA can act as your advisor focusing your attention to key areas for further reduction.

Energy Saving programmes can be challenging to sustain and behavioural techniques to maintain staff engagement are key. Our Weblink service enables GAIA to coach customers remotely, discussing the next steps and setting actions in place to maximise success.

With GAIA you're not alone, we help you to achieve your goals and we stay the duration. The GAIA system will also act as your extra set of eyes and ears alerting you should energy consumption start to creep back up.
