The GAIA Behaviour Change Model (Assess, Launch, Recycle) was created by Haydn Young, Chris Allen and Dr Ray Shore. It emerged from our implementation experience but also draws upon proven change models.
Key to the three step programme is that it is practical: at every stage, each participant leave with a role to play and a job to do.
GAIA's programme is hands-on. It's about making it happen. We'll continue to support you long after completion of the three steps and we'll ensure that you can continue to analyse your own performance in the future. Anything less wouldn't be GAIA.
For organisations without dedicated Energy Management resources we deliver, support and manage energy reduction programmes on their behalf using our GAIA Path methodology.
The GAIA Path is a route map that takes an organisation from the beginning of the sustainability agenda towards the ultimate destination of carbon neutrality. Critically, it also provides the sequence that enables an organisation to build upon the investments already made, by being placed in the correct order and scheduled at the right time.
