Wow what a turn out to our Behaviour Change Session at Sustainability Live and thank you to so many of you who had to stand up to watch our talk. It is great to see Behaviour Change at the top of the Sustainability Agenda.

We had the pleasure of being attending and listening to the Gaia talk along with the other contributors. I must say it was very informative and well put together talk, well worth a look at the presentation.
The talk was on how to change your workforce’s view on saving your organization money, how to empower staff.
Encouraging staff to engage making it worthwhile for the employee to help save.
Highlighting that you can install energy efficient measures and products but without addressing the fundamentals on behaviour change this would not be effective on its own
